Core Shooters in Standard Design
The standard KLANN core shooters are characterised by low cycle times and high availability, which ensure high productivity.
By optimised design using little floor space, the machines can also be installed where limited space is available and without the need of hole in the foundation.
Beside pure Hot-Box, Cold-Box, Croning, Betaset or CO2-machines for horizontal or vertical core box separation, combined machines are also available, which can be used for the other processes after change of tools. Croning-sand can also be used in the shooters.
The KLANN core shooters are available with the following additional equipment:
- Core output device
- Front and back loose part pulling device
- Automatic height adjustment for the core box clamping and separation device
- Hydraulic shoot head clamping for quick shoot head cleaning
- Upper core box ejection device
- Folding machine table front for direct removal of cores when using large core boxes
- Core handling robots
