KLANN specializes in the transport and processing of medium-sized bulk goods batches of 1-500 liters.

Bulk material conveying technology

In addition to classic bulk material conveying, such as belts, screws and pneumatic conveying systems, KLANN offers container transport systems tied to crane rails for the vertical and/or horizontal transport of bulk material batches.

These KLANN lifting trolleys are used for various purposes:

• Sample transport in the raw materials and ore industry
• Transporting aggregates from a big bag emptying station to mixers
• Material transport to different processing stations in the chemical industry

Bulk material processing technology

Various systems are available for the batch processing of bulk materials. It is about:

• Fluidized bed classifier, for example for dedusting and/or heating/cooling bulk materials
• 2-shaft shredders or cutting mills for shredding agglomerates or containers
• Presses for packaging metallic residues
• Crusher for crushing casting residues, such as risers, rejects, etc.
